In order to give you the best answer, we have listed below the most frequently asked questions. This section should allow you to obtain as much information as possible about the questions you have. Also, in the interest of efficiency, all your complaints and suggestions should be made by e-mail and not at the club reception desk.

1- What is the process for joining a GIGAFIT club?

To subscribe to a GIGAFIT Dubai membership, you must go through our website and pre-register on the page of the chosen club. You will then receive a pre-registration validation email.

Then, there are two possibilities to validate your registration. Either a member of the club’s team will contact you to arrange a meeting in the gym to validate your registration, or you can go directly to the club’s reception desk to validate your membership.

To register, you will need an ID, a bank account number and a means of payment.

2- I want to join GIGAFIT, can I take advantage of the promotional offers?

Of course, you can take advantage of current promotional offers if you want to join GIGAFIT Dubai.

3- Can I take a trial session before I join?

Before you sign up, you can request a trial session at our club to test the equipment and get an idea of the different services offered by our club. Contact us for more information.

4- I want to cancel my membership. How do I do that?

You may cancel in club with a club manager, via registered or certified mail, or via our phone or email
