THE IMPORTANCE OF STRETCHING
Often, our shoulders, neck and back hurt, and we feel that our muscles are stiff, too tense, too much contact. This is because everything happens at the postural level. We have not learned to sit properly at the office, at home, to take the right posture. In this case, your muscles will suffer, being shortened by this bad position, and consequently, they will exert a force, and pull on the joints to which they are connected, causing a transformation of the posture, example: shoulders will be rounded. In this case, a regular stretching of the muscles will allow to restore the posture, to loosen the muscular constrictions.
